1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of ReadMyStats (readmystats.com), a service by WebAufbau, based in Switzerland. By registering, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

ReadMyStats connects to your analytics platforms (Matomo, Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.), fetches statistics data, and generates AI-powered analyses with actionable recommendations. The analyses serve as decision aids – we do not guarantee specific results.

3. Accounts and Plans

The Free plan is free of charge and includes basic features. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time – your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You may only use ReadMyStats for your own websites or websites you manage. Abuse, automated scraping, or excessive API usage may result in account suspension.

5. Privacy

The handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the data processing described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReadMyStats is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of WebAufbau in Switzerland.
